By accessing or using the All The T in China website (allthetinchina.com) or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information you provide, including incorrect shipping addresses.

We carry antiques, vintage goods, handmade items, home decor, furniture, paint, DIY finishes, and supplier-shipped products. Product availability is not guaranteed. One-of-one items may become unavailable before checkout completes, as inventory is confirmed at the time of payment processing.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and inventory is verified.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. However, antique, vintage, handmade, and one-of-one items may show age, wear, variation, repairs, patina, or imperfections consistent with their nature. Screen colors may vary from the actual item. Minor variations in handmade or vintage goods are expected and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Tax is calculated during checkout based on applicable rules.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Orders may ship from our store or directly from suppliers, and items may arrive in separate packages. Supplier-shipped products may require additional processing time.

Furniture and oversized items marked for freight require a separate approved freight quote before shipment. Freight delivery will not proceed until the customer approves and pays the quoted amount.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped or entered supplier fulfillment, the standard return policy applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or violation of these terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of All The T in China or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the courts of Coffee County, Tennessee.
